Coastal Florida flavors,
Boston roots.
Considered private catering for weddings and milestone events along the Jupiter corridor — Admirals Cove, Frenchman's Reserve, BallenIsles.
From the North End
to the Jupiter Inlet.
Jack Marino grew up over a Charlestown kitchen — Sunday clam chowder on the stove, his grandmother's steak-tip marinade in a jar by the burner. He ran Boston restaurant kitchens for a decade before moving south. In Jupiter, he chose a quieter way to cook: one event a night, at home with the people who are eating.

Tested before it is plated
Every dish on your menu is cooked in our kitchen before your event — not on it. If we have not made it for the room, it does not go on the menu.
One night, one event
We hold a single booking per evening. Your night gets the full attention of the kitchen, the lead, and the service team — never split with someone else.
Five stages, end to end
Every event runs the same disciplined timeline — from menu lock thirty days out to close-out within forty-eight hours after. No improvisation.
A foretaste of the kitchen.
The full menu is curated per event with the host. A handful of signatures, for sense of voice.
Boston Steak Tips
House-marinated sirloin tips, charred over hardwood. The dish that named the company.
